1. Service Overview

GitedelabonNechere is committed to providing premium party decoration services in Calgary and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Photo zone installation and setup
  • Balloon decoration arrangements
  • Event space styling and decoration
  • Custom decoration design services
  • Equipment rental services
  • Professional installation and removal

2. Service Area

We primarily serve the following areas:

  • Calgary (primary service area)
  • Surrounding municipalities within 50km of Calgary city limits

For locations outside our primary service area, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us for specific details.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Advance Booking

We recommend booking our services at least:

  • 2 weeks in advance for standard decorations
  • 4 weeks in advance for custom designs
  • 8 weeks in advance for peak season events (May-September)

3.2 Booking Process

  1. Initial consultation (in-person or virtual)
  2. Proposal and quote submission
  3. Deposit payment (50% of total amount)
  4. Final design approval
  5. Balance payment (due 48 hours before event)

4. Installation and Setup

4.1 Setup Times

Our standard installation times are:

  • 2-3 hours for basic setups
  • 4-6 hours for complex installations
  • Setup completion at least 1 hour before event start

4.2 Venue Requirements

To ensure smooth installation, we require:

  • Clear access to installation area
  • Adequate lighting
  • Power outlets where necessary
  • Climate-controlled environment
  • Venue contact person present during setup

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Standard Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit upon booking
  • Remaining 50% due 48 hours before installation
  • Additional charges (if any) due immediately upon approval

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfer
  • E-transfer

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Cancellation Policy

  • 14+ days notice: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • 7-13 days notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days notice: No refund

6.2 Rescheduling

  • First reschedule: No fee (with 7+ days notice)
  • Subsequent reschedules: 15% fee
  • Less than 7 days notice: 25% fee

7. Weather Policy

For outdoor installations:

  • Service may be postponed in case of severe weather
  • Backup indoor options should be available
  • Weather-related cancellations can be rescheduled without penalty

8. Quality Assurance

  • Regular quality checks during event

8.2 Duration Guarantee

Our decorations are guaranteed to maintain their quality for:

  • Indoor events: Full event duration (up to 12 hours)
  • Outdoor events: Weather dependent (specific terms discussed during booking)
