Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Delivery

  • Available for all non-urgent orders
  • Delivery window: 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Minimum 48 hours notice required
  • Base rate: CA$25 within Calgary city limits

Express Delivery

  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 11 AM
  • Subject to availability
  • Additional CA$50 express fee applies

Event Setup Delivery

  • Professional installation included
  • Specific time slot scheduling
  • Price varies based on setup complexity
  • Includes post-event removal service

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery timeframes are:

Cancellations and Changes
